Our therapist at Interactive Counseling is Rick Zapf, MS, LMFT, BCPC, CRS. His training enables him to assist clients with most any issue. Rick genuinely cares about each client and strives to make counseling a positive and comfortable experience. His specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy gives him unique and extensive training and tools to work specifically with family and couples issues. Rick also has extensive work with teenagers and has now written a book and workbook to help parents. He also has earned the distinction excellence from the APA as a Board Certified Professional Counselor and a Certified Relationship Specialist.

Also, please ask to be scheduled for a FREE 15 minute phone consultation. Insurance Billing or Private Pay is accepted for counseling services. We may be able to bill your insurance as an Out-of-Network Provider if we are not listed as an in-network provider. Ask Rick regarding your billing options. If you do not wish to bill your insurance we accept private pay or can set an affordable payment plan to make counseling reasonable and affordable for you. Talk to Rick about considerations when having to bill your insurance company.
